Knob trim is specific rather than obsolete, and the first question on any knob order is whether the opening permits it. Shop Sargent cylindrical knob locks across commercial functions, with conventional and interchangeable core keying. In stock at Commercial Door Hardware and shipping the same day.

Note the inside column. Free egress applies on every standard function, and that's a code requirement rather than a feature. Confirm exact function designations against Sargent's documentation.
One function error worth flagging: privacy is not security. Privacy functions are designed to be released from outside in an emergency, usually with a simple tool. That's correct for a restroom and wrong for any room holding something confidential; those need office or storeroom function.

Frequently cleaned areas |
-
Satin hides handling marks far better than polished on knobs specifically, because the entire surface is gripped rather than just a lever's top edge.
-
On older Sargent knob buildings, 605 bright brass and 612 satin bronze are frequently what's installed. Match what's there, not the current default.
-
626 satin chrome carries the deepest stock.
-
Match across the opening, including hinges, closer and any kick or push plate.
-
Availability varies by function and trim; confirm on the product page.
