The Sargent 12-8876-F-ETL-24V Fire Rated Rim Exit Device is designed for use on 33-36 inch doors and features a 24V Fail Secure mechanism and L-Lever. With power off, the lever unlocks and the key retracts the latch, providing a Grade 1 level of security. This device does not include a cylinder or dogging option.
