The Sargent 70-10XG04-LP Storeroom function lockset has an L Rose, a P Lever, a 2-3/4" Backset, a 4-7/8" Strike, and is Grade 1. The Sargent 70-10XG04-LP is available prepped for a "70" SFIC Small Format Interchangeable Core - Sold Less Core.
10X-Line Bored Lever Locks
The SARGENT 10X Line bored lock is engineered to secure and protect high-traffic, high-abuse spaces. It doesn't simply meet ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 performance standards for durability, strength and performance, it exceeds them - by as much as 20 times. - Ensures latch retraction with 100lb preload (2x ANSI/BHMA A156.2) while maintaining operation in warped doors or doors with latch bind
- Prohibits entry after more than 100 vertical impacts (20x ANSI/BHMA A156.2 requirements)
