This Sargent Grade 1 cylindrical lock is purpose-built for service station applications requiring immediate occupancy verification. The SFIC mechanism enables quick core replacement without removing the lock body, streamlining maintenance operations. An external visual indicator displays green and red status conditions, allowing staff to assess room availability from outside. The lever-operated rose, combined with 2 3/4" backset and 4 7/8" strike dimensions, ensures compatibility with standard commercial door frames. Core not included.

Service Station Function:

• Deadlocking latch
  
• Latch by either lever unless outside lever is locked by push button in inside lever
  
• Key retracts latch when outside lever is locked
• Push button released by turning inside lever, closing door, or by key in outside lever unless push button is fixed in locked position by turning coin slot in inside lever
• Slotted inside button must be manually released
