Sargent 70-V60-10XG44-VSLL cylindrical lock engineered for service station applications requiring controlled access. Features Grade 1 construction with visual indicator trim (white/red) for immediate occupancy status. Outside-only operation with deadlocking latch mechanism—both levers lock unless the outside lever is controlled via inside push button. Key operation retracts the latch when outside is secured. Push button releases through inside lever manipulation, door closure, or outside key access, with optional coin-slot fixation for extended lockdown. SFIC compatible with VSL rose and L-lever design. 2 3/4" backset, 4 7/8" strike. Core not included.
Service Station Function:
- Deadlocking latch
- Latch by either lever unless outside lever is locked by push button in inside lever
- Key retracts latch when outside lever is locked
- Push button released by turning inside lever, closing door, or by key in outside lever unless push button is fixed in locked position by turning coin slot in inside lever
- Slotted inside button must be manually released
