The Sargent 8245-BHW-US32D-LC Behavioral Health Mortise Lock features a dormitory or exit function with key retraction of the latch. It includes BHW trim, is supplied without a cylinder, and meets Grade 1 standards. Designed for ease of installation, it is field reversible and finished in satin stainless steel (630).

• Dormitory or Exit Function:
  • Key and thumbturn both retract & project deadbolt
    
  • Trim outside is locked by toggle or projecting deadbolt
    
  • Trim outside is unlocked by toggle only
    
  • Key retracts both latchbolt and deadbolt, trim outside remains locked
    
  • Trim inside always retracts latchbolt (and deadbolt simultaneously), trim outside remains locked
